Position Overview:
This is a critical role that supports our service team, customers, and field technicians. A successful candidate will be upbeat, customer-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls & assisting customers
- Scheduling HVAC maintenance and service calls
- Coordinating dispatch with technicians
- Verifying timecards
- Creating and managing proposals & invoices
- Digital filing and general office support
- Gathering pricing and ordering from vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of office experience (HVAC, roofing, electrical, or trades industry preferred)
- Dispatching Experience Preferred
- Scheduling Experience Preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Experience with scheduling/dispatching preferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills
