What You’ll Own
- Build and maintain high-quality datasets across customer, sales, operational, and financial data
- Prepare and structure inputs for statistical forecasting models
- Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports that drive clarity and accountability
- Analyze historical demand and sales trends to identify drivers, risks, and anomalies
- Design and develop dashboards and visualizations (Power BI preferred) that tell a clear story
- Partner cross-functionally to align data with real-world business assumptions
- Manage forecast data flows between systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and better data governance
- Forecasts that leadership trusts
- Data that holds up under scrutiny
- Insights that lead to action, not more questions
- Reporting that simplifies complexity instead of adding to it
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field
- 3 years in an analyst role within a business environment
- Advanced Excel skills (you’re beyond basic formulas. Think pivots, modeling, and efficiency)
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis
- Proven ability to work with large, messy datasets and make them usable
- Strong attention to detail. You don’t let errors slide
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy
- Clear communication skills. You can translate data into business insight
- Primarily desk-based role (computer work up to 90% of the time)
- Standard office environment with cross-functional collaboration
