- Operating and setting up folder/gluer machinery with precision
- Ensuring product quality and meeting production targets
- Conducting preventative maintenance and housekeeping
- Reading work orders and following detailed specifications
- Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with support teams
- Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and machine performance
Experience That Matters:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years machine operation experience
- Folder/gluer experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to read measurements and use hand tools
- Basic math skills and computer literacy
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to cover shifts when needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Standing for 8–12 hour shifts
- Comfortable with bending, reaching, and working with your hands
