Primarily desk-based work (up to 90% at computer), must be able to lift 35 lbs. and operate standard office equipment.

You'll be the essential connection between our customers, sales team, and manufacturing operations. Your day includes:
- Managing customer relationships for your assigned accounts, ensuring orders flow smoothly and expectations are consistently met
- Processing orders from multiple channels (phone, email, EDI) with accuracy and attention to detail
- Problem-solving in real-time, coordinating with production, shipping, and accounting to handle returns, credits, and customer issues
- Being proactive, analyzing processes and recommending improvements that prevent problems and enhance service
- Collaborating with sales reps to understand customer needs, pricing, and account history
- Learning continuously, developing deep knowledge of both customer and company products
Required
What You Bring
- 2-3 years in customer service or sales
- High school diploma
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable with math concepts (percentages, ratios, proportions)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Manufacturing environment experience
- ERP system knowledge (D365 experience a plus)
- CRM experience
- Graphics programs experience (Adobe Illustrator)
