What You'll Do
* Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support planning, forecasting, and performance reviews
* Design and refine pricing models that balance market competitiveness with margin goals
* Lead financial due diligence and integration planning for M&A opportunities
* Analyze trends, risks, and growth opportunities-then translate findings into actionable business insights
* Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Finance teams to align on priorities and elevate performance
* Support key initiatives that drive profitability, efficiency, and strategic growth
What You Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* 4 years of experience in financial analysis or commercial finance
* Experience with pricing strategy, M&A analysis, and financial modeling
* Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools (preferred)
* Strong business acumen with a knack for simplifying complexity and influencing decisions
* A collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
