About the Opportunity

Pac-Tac Protective Solutions is seeking highly qualified Armed Protection Officers to join our rapidly growing team. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of verifiable Law Enforcement experience. We are looking for dependable, ethical professionals who demonstrate strong communication, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety and service.

Minimum Requirements

• 3 years of verifiable Law Enforcement Experience (Required)
  Accepted experience includes:

  • Sworn Police Officer

  • Reserve Police Officer

  • Military Police

  • Corrections Officer

  • Parole & Probation Officer

  • Military MOS/Training equivalent to a 3-year police officer

• 10 years preferred with HR218/LEOSA qualification (Preferred)

• Washington State Armed Security License

  • Preferred if already obtained

  • Must be able to obtain as a condition of employment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated de-escalation abilities, especially in sensitive environments

• Experience working in or around healthcare environments (Preferred)

• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Pay & Schedule

Compensation: $24.50–$32.00/hr (DOE and assignment)

Schedules Available:

• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts

• Day shift

• Night shift

• Overnight shift

• Weekends and holidays as needed

• Overtime opportunities

• On-call positions available
