Inside Sales Representative

PAC Stainless is an established distributor of industrial products and has an immediate opening for an experienced Inside Sales Representative at our branch location in Des Moines WA, conveniently located near I-5 between Federal Way and Sea-Tac Airport. This position is on site.

The position requires:

• Minimum of 2 year degree – preferred.
• Previous Inside Sales experience (5 yrs.), preferably in industrial or metals sales.
• Experience with Stainless Tubing, and PVF (Pipe, Valves, and Fittings) a plus.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate PC proficiency (MS Office Suite).
• Proficiency in business math.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Collaboration with colleagues in small office environment.
• Will perform general office duties as needed.
• Verifiable work references
• Hours: 7:30-4:30, Mon-Fri

This position is full-time, reporting to the Branch Manager, and salary is commensurate with experience. Qualified individuals will have a minimum of five years of experience in an Inside Sales and Customer Service role. The successful candidate will enjoy working as an Inside Sales person and must be capable of learning the market, and handle basic price negotiation with customers and suppliers for buyout orders. The candidate will have experience with sales of tangible products, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable in both person to person (telecon) and digital communications with customers.
