What You’ll Do
Clinical Leadership
- Provide expert chiropractic care aligned with evidence-based best practices
- Oversee daily clinic operations and uphold patient-first service standards
Team Development
- Mentor and coach chiropractors and support staff
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
Clinic Performance
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including patient retention and visit volume
- Step into patient care as needed to support optimal clinic flow
Operational Oversight
- Manage clinic schedules, coordinate payroll support, and ensure business alignment
- Build motivated teams focused on both patient well-being and team success
Direct Patient Care
- Conduct consultations, exams, and diagnostic evaluations
- Diagnose and treat spinal and neuromusculoskeletal conditions
- Perform safe, effective manual adjustments and maintain precise documentation
- Educate patients on health, posture, and preventive wellness strategies
About You
- Proven leadership experience with a passion for developing teams
- Skilled at balancing patient care with operational and performance management
- Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from a CCE-accredited college
- NBCE Parts I–IV completed (SPEC accepted in lieu of Part IV)
- Active, unrestricted Colorado chiropractic license
- Eligible for malpractice coverage in Colorado
- Willing to commute to or relocate near Thornton, Lakewood, Englewood, and Westminster, CO
