About the Role
We’re seeking a clinically experienced, presentation-strong educator (licensed Dental RDH, CDT, or DA) to train dental professionals on modern preventive, restorative and digital workflows such as intraoral scanning, design software, 3D printing and 3D resins. You’ll deliver engaging live and virtual training, create high-quality educational content, CE accredited programs, and support product adoption across practices and labs.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver hands-on training, chairside/lab demos, study club presentations, webinars, and trade-show sessions.
- Build content: slide decks, step-by-step clinical/lab protocols, quick-start guides, case photos, and short how-to videos.
- Translate clinical best practices into clear, repeatable workflows for users (and internal teams).
- Partner with Sales/Marketing to support product launches and CE initiatives; contribute to FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
- Gather feedback from clinicians/labs and relay insights to Product/Regulatory for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records, CE documentation, and compliance with applicable guidelines.
- Prepare, ship, and set up demo kits; maintain equipment and supplies.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–7 years of relevant experience as an RDH, CDT, or DA (active credential required).
- Proven presenter: confident on stage, on camera, and in small-group settings.
- Strong writing and content skills (slides, SOPs, clinical protocols, short-form video).
- Solid understanding of preventive and restorative workflows; familiarity with digital dentistry (intraoral scanning, design software, 3D printing, 3D resins) is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with common office tools; basic photo/video capture/editing skills a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple trainings/projects.
- Ability to lift and transport demo equipment (up to ~30 lbs); valid driver’s license.
Schedule & Work Environment
- On-site in Brea, CA as part time or full time (3–5 days/week); occasional early/late sessions for webinars or events.
- Periodic travel for shows, customer training, and KOL events (approx. 10–20%).
