Role Description
This on-site role is located in San Antonio, TX. The position involves providing operational and technical support, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. The role includes collaboration with team members, addressing day-to-day concerns, and upholding professional communication.
Tasks
- Attend national and international customers on a daily basis.
- Foster current customer and vendor relationships and proactively increase client base.
- Review and summarize contracts, customer requests, and bid opportunities.
- Fulfill customer quotes.
- Assist the executive team with technical tasks for aviation contracts.
- Occasional travel within the US and internationally to visit and attend projects.
- Versatility to attend customers via phone and assist with carrying-out tasks such as parts reception and certificate verification.
- This job will require lifting and moving/handling of aviation parts, boxes, pallets, and shipping crates from time to time.
Qualifications
- Excellent personal presentation and profesional appearance.
- Ability to carry 50 lbs.
- Valid Passport.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills at an executive level.
- 2 years of experience in Operations and/or Customer Service.
- 1 years of experience in the aviation industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Computer Proficiency- MAC OS and Windows Operating Systems. Advanced level of Excel, Word, PDF editing, Adobe, and PowerPoint. Intermediate level of - cloud-based CRM systems. Salesforce platform proficiency is a plus.
- Bilingual or Intermediate Spanish (preferred but not mandatory).
