Pacarmed LLC is currently seeking reliable and professional Unarmed Security Guards to join our team. We are hiring for day, swing, and graveyard shifts, including weekends.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid Hawaii Guard Card
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications (not required but a plus):
- Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience
- First Aid certification
- Conflict de-escalation training
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a visible security presence
- Monitor premises and report suspicious activity
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests
