Role Description
Pabst Patent Group LLP is seeking an experienced Patent Agent or Scientific Advisor for its life science patent prosecution practice group.
Primary responsibilities include drafting patent applications, drafting responses to office actions, coordinating foreign prosecution, managing IP portfolios, assisting with IP related opinions and due diligence activities.
Qualifications
- Superior technical, written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Ph.D. in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related field in life sciences
- At least two years of experience in a law firm
