Position Description
Under the direction and supervision of the Practice Area Manager and Assistant Manager, the Case Manager oversees the general procession of cases to ensure relevant elements are collected, maintained, and organized.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Efficiently monitors and moves cases forward daily to ensure clients and Paralegals meet all required deadlines
- Proactively identifies, communicates, and proposes solutions to issues with cases
- Identifies and communicates opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency
- Conducts client calls (non-legal and check-in’s) to ensure goals and needs are being met
- Reviews emails to clients
- Assists with the following:
- Seasonality review
- Review of iCert docs
- Review of roundtable edits
- USCIS petition review
- Final job order cross review
- Job Description & Prevailing Wage Determination (PWD) review
- Performing electronic check of Department of Labor (DOL) applications
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Contributes to maintaining positive office morale
- Acts as an ambassador for the mission, values, and standards of behavior of the firm
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years of experience coordinating or managing people, projects, workflows, cases, or client accounts preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced professional services, legal, staffing, consulting, healthcare, customer service, operations, or similar environment preferred.
- Experience managing competing priorities, deadlines, and high-volume workflows required.
- Experience providing guidance, coordinating work, or serving as a lead resource to others preferred.
- Legal or immigration experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Compensation
The full compensation range for this position is $53,000-$70,000. The listed salary range represents the full compensation band for this position, including growth over time. Starting salaries are determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity, and are not typically at the top of the range. The maximum reflects the highest salary attainable for the role after significant tenure and performance.
