Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager and Change Consultant that will play a dual role in ensuring that NetSuite ERP implementation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget—while also guiding customers through the organizational change that comes with ERP adoption. This individual will serve as both the operational leader of projects and a change champion, ensuring successful user training and adoption and long-term business value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
· Understand and document Client Requirements/Objections through Gap Matrix, BRD, Traceability Matrix
· Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization.
· Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring smooth project execution.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, analysts, and client teams) to achieve milestones.
· Track project financials, ensuring profitability and accurate forecasting.
· Report status, progress, and risks to clients and internal leadership.
· Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in Implementation processes and suggest solutions for continuous improvement.
Change Management & Consulting
· Develop and execute Change Readiness Assessments across shop-floor to top-floor stakeholders.
· Create communication, training, and adoption plans tailored to client culture and needs.
· Partner with executives and functional leaders to identify resistance points and drive engagement.
· Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
· Plan, coordinate, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure end users validate that the system meets business requirements.
· Support users during UAT by documenting issues, prioritizing resolutions, and ensuring feedback is incorporated before go-live.
· Measure adoption and success metrics post go-live, recommending continuous improvements.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
