Key responsibilities include:
- Inputting registration information into database systems, as well as payment processing and invoicing
- Processing notary public applications and working with notary public to assist throughout process of being commissioned
- Maintaining accurate registration records and updating participant information as needed
- Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating on-site and off-site meeting logistics
- Coordinating training, compliance reviews and meeting schedules
- Ensuring accuracy in training/meeting registrations and meeting logistics
- Responding to registration inquiries from potential participants via phone and email
- Answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and responding to emails
- Booking travel accommodations for executive staff
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory for department
- Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines, as well as managing registration/application data
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate with applicants and members regarding registrations and training schedules
- Attention to detail: Ability to meticulously review documents and identify errors or inconsistencies
- Customer service: Providing courteous and professional assistance to attendees and members
- Time management skills: Effectively managing schedules and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Data entry proficiency: Accurate and efficient data input skills
- Computer proficiency: Familiarity with registration software and database management systems
