Physician Assistant – Orthopedic / Spine / Pain Management
A busy and growing Orthopedic, Spine, and Pain Management practice is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team across multiple locations throughout the NYC metropolitan area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PA looking to build long-term clinical experience in musculoskeletal medicine while working alongside experienced physicians in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, office-based position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No nights, weekends, or major holidays

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage orthopedic, spine, and pain management patients
- Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations
- Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
- Review imaging, diagnostic studies, and laboratory results
- Provide patient education and follow-up care
- Perform documentation and coordinate care with clinical staff
- Assist with in-office procedures as appropriate
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Active New York and/or New Jersey PA license (or eligibility)
- Orthopedic, Spine, PM&R, Pain Management, or related experience preferred
- New graduates with strong interest in musculoskeletal medicine are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000 – $170,000 annually depending on experience
