Pennsylvania Rush Soccer Club is seeking passionate, motivated, and organized Head Coaches to join our coaching staff. We are looking for individuals who are committed to developing players, creating a positive learning environment, and helping build a culture of excellence both on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions aligned with the Rush Soccer methodology.
- Lead travel teams during league matches, tournaments, and club events.
- Foster a positive, player-centered environment focused on technical, tactical, physical, and personal development.
- Maintain regular communication with players, parents, and club leadership.
- Manage team logistics, schedules, and administrative responsibilities in a professional and organized manner.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and technical staff to support player progression across all age groups.
Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching competitive travel soccer teams.
- Soccer coaching licenses preferred (US Soccer, United Soccer Coaches, UEFA, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Passion for player development and long-term athlete growth.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to continue learning.
