Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks on units, common areas and office space
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of construction, elecric, plumbing and maintenance
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience working with property management software
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage projects and teams
- Excellent customer service skills
