Seeking Substitute School Nurses for Multiple School Districts and Private and/or Charter Schools for the upcoming 2023- 2024 school year, to support student success by providing healthcare, and medications within the school setting. Work according to your schedule OR 5 days per week.
Starting Pay:
Certified School Nurses (CSN) ----- $50.00 up to $55.00
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)---- $37.00 up to $42.00
Registered Nurses(RN)------ $47.00 up $50.00
Must be Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing
Also, available 1:1 nurses are needed for students to support to and from school

```Responsibilities:```
- Provide direct nursing care to students and staff in accordance with school policies and procedures
- Assess and evaluate the health needs of students and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and manage chronic health conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, and allergies
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote a healthy school environment
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records for students
- Educate students on health-related topics, such as hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention
