PA Lifesharing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to provide Community Participation Support (CPS) to a 17-year-old female who experiences social anxiety and benefits from structured engagement in the community. This role involves supporting her in participating in meaningful activities such as crafts, movies, bowling, and other community outings to build confidence and social skills.
Location: Carlisle, PA
Schedule: 10–12 hours per week to start (flexible days and hours)
Rate: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support in the community
- Monitor and document progress and behaviors.
- Facilitate social interactions

- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in group homes, home care, or similar settings preferred.
- Strong skills in patient observation and care.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Compassionate attitude towards caregiving and support roles.
