Description
We are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Physics Instructor to join our teaching team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with motivated middle and high school students.
Responsibilities
-Teach Physics at multiple levels, including middle and high school physics, Honors Physics, and AP Physics 1, 2, and C, in small-group settings.
-Provide individualized tutoring to reinforce concepts, address specific learning needs, and prepare students for assessments.
-Develop and implement lesson plans, instructional materials, and tutoring strategies that promote clear understanding and academic growth.
-Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress; provide timely, constructive feedback and academic support.
-Collaborate with academic staff and management to align curriculum, share best practices, and ensure student success.
-Create and maintain a positive, supportive, and motivating learning environment that fosters curiosity and achievement.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Education, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred).
-Prior teaching/tutoring experience, especially with middle or high school students.
-Familiarity with AP Physics curriculum is a strong plus.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-A passion for education and student success.
