What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Sucess Advisor position at P4S Golf?
We're hiring a Client Success Advisor to lead enrollment for ur Accelerator events and future premium programs. This role sits at the intersection of sales, client experience, and performance coaching.
You'll own the full pipeline: identifying ideal candidates from our current client base, doing targeted outreach, closing enrollments, and bringing new golfers into the P4S ecosystem-all while ensuring every participant has an exceptional experience.
What You'll Do
Drive Event Sales
• Own revenue and enrollment targets for the Accelerator program.
• Build and manage a rolling 90-day enrollment forecast for upcoming events.
• Convert warm leads (current clients inbound interest) into booked Accelerator participants.
Engage & Upsell Current P4S Clients
• Use our CRM and client data to identify members who are a great fit for the Accelerator based on goals, engagement, and performance metrics.
• Run personalized outreach via email, text, phone, and Zoom.
• Partner with coaches and physical therapists to get warm introductions and referrals
Identify Ideal Candidates Using Data
• Pull and interpret client performance data (club head speed, mobility screens, force plate métrics, etc.) to prioritize prospects.
• Build simple lead-scoring and targeting systems to focus on the highest-impact clients.
Attract New Golfers to P4S Golf
• Conduct outbound outreach to external golfers, including past inquiries, referrals, and partner networks (golf pros, academies, clubs).
• Host or support virtual and in-person info sessions/webinars that lead into Accelerator enrollments.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and assets that drive qualified leads.
Manage the Sales Pipeline & Experience
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline in the CRM-no leads lost or left hanging.
• Follow a consistent process for discovery, follow-up, objection handling, and closing.
• Ensure booked participants are fully prepared:
schedule, expectations, and pre-event
requirements.
