Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Home Care Recruiting Director to lead and manage the recruitment efforts for our large and growing home care agency. Based in our Brooklyn office, the ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of caregiver and clinical staff recruitment, develop strategic sourcing initiatives, and ensure staffing needs are met across all five boroughs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Maintain relationships with schools, training programs, and community partners
Collaborate with compliance, HR, and operations teams to ensure timely onboarding
Analyze recruitment data to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes
Travel as needed within NYC’s five boroughs to attend job fairs, community events, and training centers
