Job Skills / Requirements
- Writing detailed incident reports during shift, including notation of any unusual activities and how issues were resolved.
- Patrol and secure assigned sites (office buildings, retail locations, warehouses, etc.)
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and visitors
- Travel to different sites as needed — Your own reliable transportation.
- Contacting appropriate individuals (site supervisors, field management, etc.) as directed by site post orders or as needed during shift.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean driving record (MVR conducted)
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports
- Valid PERC & 20HR Security Training Certificate
- Must be willing to work all shifts and be willing to travel to multiple locations.
