Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Knowledge and experience with selling of Harley-Davidson Motor Clothes/Merchandise, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the right motorcycle apparel and accessories.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist with answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Stay up to date on all required Harley-Davidson training.
- Work with vendors
