- Answer inbound calls for all dealerships in the group
- Connect callers to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide detailed messages for missed calls
- Schedule all service appointment requests
- Confirm next day Service Appointments
- Respond to OnStar alerts by contacting customers regarding the maintenance suggested, and scheduling the service appointment.
- Service Reminders for newly purchased customers to schedule and return for their first maintenance.
Salary : $15
