We are hiring a Construction Project Manager and Estimator for heavy civil construction projects in Central Minnesota. This is a 100% on‑site role in Sauk Rapids, MN, supporting local and regional construction projects with long‑term stability. What You’ll Do

Project Estimating & Bidding

• Review project plans, specs, and attend pre‑bid meetings
• Prepare accurate cost estimates (labor, materials, equipment)
• Submit bids and support proposal clarifications

Project Management & Execution

• Manage awarded projects from kickoff through close‑out
• Coordinate with construction managers, foremen, field crews, and subcontractors
• Develop schedules, budgets, and performance benchmarks
• Monitor job progress, subcontractor performance, and cost controls

Client & Stakeholder Support

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients from planning through completion
• Maintain strong working relationships with customers, agencies, and local stakeholders

Financial Oversight & Documentation

• Track job costs, forecasts, billing, and collections
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting

Operations, Safety & Compliance

• Support construction and operations teams to keep projects moving efficiently
• Troubleshoot material, labor, and equipment challenges
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA, DNR, and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 2 years of Project Management and/or Estimating experience in construction
• Strong understanding of cost estimating, schedules, and job cost tracking
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an active construction environment
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Preferred (Not Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience with HCSS software
• Heavy civil, aggregate, or infrastructure construction background
