Program Manager – Enterprise Transformation
We’re partnering with a large enterprise organization on a high-visibility, transformational initiative and are seeking an experienced Program Manager to help lead and coordinate delivery across multiple teams.
This role sits at the center of a complex program spanning 10 workstreams and multiple product teams, with direct engagement across senior leadership, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and lead a large-scale transformational effort across 10 workstreams and multiple product teams, ensuring alignment to timelines, dependencies, and business outcomes
- Partner closely with a Senior Delivery Manager who has been supporting the program, while serving as the accountable owner for overall program coordination
- Build and maintain an integrated, cross-program roadmap that highlights milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Create and distribute weekly status reports and executive communications, including proactive risk identification and mitigation
- Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with workstream leads, product teams, and leadership, along with additional planning sessions as needed
- Identify interrelated dependencies and risks across workstreams, driving mitigation plans and escalating roadblocks when necessary
- Balance competing priorities while leading teams through ambiguity to ensure successful outcome delivery
- Build strong relationships through influence, collaboration, motivation, and leadership presence
- Perform additional duties or support special initiatives as required
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of project, program, or initiative management experience leading large, complex, multi-workstream transformational efforts
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, planning, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to influence others without formal authority in a matrixed environment
- Experience working with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and manage expectations in ambiguous situations
- Ability to execute effectively within a matrix management structure
- Solid understanding of information technology capabilities; experience leading large IT or digital transformation initiatives is a plus
- Advanced proficiency with standard PC tools
- Demonstrated ability to assess organizational culture and adapt delivery approach accordingly
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
