Client Service Specialist
Location: West Des Moines or Downtown Des Moines, IA
Schedule: On-site, Monday–Friday
Type: Contract-to-hire
Pay: $20–$25/hour (starting annual salary $45,000–$55,000 upon conversion)

P3 Uplift is partnering with a Des Moines-based client to fill multiple Client Service Specialist openings within their Customer Support and Client Relations teams.

You’ll work closely with supportive team leads, trainers, and supervisors in a fun, casual corporate environment—and have a clear path to full-time employment.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers and clients over the phone and online with professionalism and empathy
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain detailed documentation
- Provide solutions and support to customers seeking assistance
- Participate in ongoing training on company products, services, and processes
- Adapt quickly to new procedures and help communicate updates to clients and customers
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- 2–5 years of professional work experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage daily tasks and follow through reliably
- Accurate and efficient typing skills (55 WPM)
- Experience with data entry or administrative documentation
Compensation & Benefits
- $20.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)
