Plumbing Manager (Service/Install)
Location: Helotes, TX
Summary:
Anchor Plumbing Services (APS) is seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead, coach, and develop our Service and Install teams. This role ensures operational excellence, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction while achieving revenue and performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Team management: Hire, train, and develop a team of apprentices, plumbers and sewer technicians through classroom, one on one and in field training.
- Team performance: Monitor KPIs, call volumes, conversion rates, and technician productivity to achieve financial targets.
- Operations oversight: Manage job progress to ensure timely and efficient completion. Must allocate at least half of their working hours each week to on-site job inspections and overseeing quality control.
- Customer service: Address customer concerns, manage escalated issues, and maintain a high standard of customer experience.
- Technical leadership: Provide technical expertise and support, review jobs for quality, compliance with local plumbing codes.
- Administrative duties: Review/Approve jobs, timecards, coordinate with Operations Manager, and manage department resources.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years plumbing experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role.
- Licensing: A valid Journeyman Plumber or RMP license is required.
- Culture building: Ability to foster a positive culture, emphasizing teamwork, customer satisfaction, and APS core values.
- Continuous improvement: Demonstrated ability to onboarding, training, and operational processes for efficiency.
- Technical skills: Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems and relevant building codes.
- Soft skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- ERP skills: Must be proficient with Service Titan

Compensation and benefits
- Salary: $70,000–$100,000 base (depending on experience) 10% performance-based bonus
