Required Skills

- Strong communication skills with ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in an evolving environment, balancing structure with flexibility.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- PowerPoint, NetSuite, SmartView skills a plus, but not required.
- Support the annual budget and forecasting processes, partnering with operations, clinical, and business leaders.
- Provide variance analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast, explaining key business drivers.
- Prepare materials and insights for senior leadership, board meetings, and payer partner discussions.
- Assist in evaluating new initiatives, payer contracts, and market opportunities through scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve reporting, data accuracy, and financial visibility for operators and executives.
- Continuously refine processes, tools, and dashboards to increase efficiency and quality of insights.
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions.
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
- MBA (or similar degree) preferred but not required.
- Healthcare experience (specifically Medicare Advantage) preferred but not required.
