P3 Delivery is seeking a Virtual Executive Receptionist to provide VIP telephone handling and escalation services. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strict adherence to scripted protocols, and the ability to manage sensitive and high‑priority interactions. 100% Remote. This is a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls within first 3 rings regardless of call time, day or holiday (approximately 30-40 per shift)
- Follow strict Government‑provided routing matrices for crisis or emergency calls
- Filter spam, telemarketing, and unsolicited callss
- Identify VIP callers using a Client‑provided VIP Matrix and provide priority routing.
- Execute immediate live transfers to designated administrators.
- Trigger mandatory after‑hours escalation paths when required.
- Provide limited calendar status information based on guidelines.
- Log call summaries and VIP notes into client's CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Must provide a copy or picture of degree or certified transcripts
- Ability to pass a background investigation (e.g., Public Trust or Tier 1 minimum).
General Data:
- Working Hours options are 4 or 8‑hour shifts Monday – Sunday between 5 PM–7 (up to 40 hours/week).
- Equipment and training will be provided.
