As a Project Coordinator, you will:
Coordinate project-related activities for new construction, renovations, and other work order requests
Research, plan, design, and develop technical evaluations, project accounting, and reporting
Facilitate project planning, development, monitoring, and completion of initiatives
Work with customers, vendors, contractors, architects, engineers, regulatory agencies, and others during a project lifecycle
Ensure project work aligns with department-defined project management processes and goals
Design, develop, and produce charts, graphs, maps, spreadsheets, and graphics for clear and concise presentations
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in developing technical evaluations and reports
Experience collaborating with various stakeholders and managing project activities
Ability to create and present clear and concise project documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
