Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Adobe Workfront, Fusion & AEM Engineer to design and build integrations, automate workflows, and support enterprise-level project, content, and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will manage Workfront administration, develop Fusion automation scenarios, and integrate Workfront with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workfront Fusion integration scenarios and automated workflows.
- Integrate Workfront with AEM (Assets/Sites) including metadata mapping, content lifecycle, and workflow automation.
- Configure and administer Adobe Workfront: templates, request queues, custom forms, user roles, access controls, reporting & dashboards.
- Build and maintain integrations between Workfront and other tools (CRM, ITSM, DAM, project/collaboration tools, marketing platforms, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, data flow problems, and system errors.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and create technical documentation.
- Provide end-user support, training and guidance on best practices.
- 5 10 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
- Strong hands-on experience building Fusion workflows and API-based integrations.
- Practical experience integrating Workfront with AEM Assets/Sites.
- Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth/API authentication & data transformations.
- Solid understanding of marketing/creative or project operations workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with AEM development (Sling Models, OSGi, components, dispatcher).
- JavaScript or scripting for scenario customization.
- Adobe Workfront / Fusion / AEM Certifications.
- Experience with marketing/digital asset management platforms.
