- Experience using ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
- Experience using JIRA for Agile project tracking and defect management.
- Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and shell operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM images, and application support is an added advantage.
- Experience with production support and release management.

- 12 years of experience in PeopleSoft development and techno-functional support.
