Job Summary:
- Lead the technical implementation and execution of complex, multi-channel Braze campaigns.
- Have 8-10 years of experience of working in Braze and similar Marketing automation platforms.
- Design and develop robust customer journeys using Braze Canvas, ensuring adherence to best practices in deliverability and data privacy.
- Utilize Liquid scripting for sophisticated dynamic content personalization.
- Architect and manage integrations between Braze and other critical enterprise platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS, data warehouses, and e-commerce systems.
- Configure and manage Braze SDKs, events, and attributes for precise targeting and segmentation, collaborating closely with data and engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and project guidance to a team of marketing technologists and developers.
- Develop and enforce rigorous QA processes, and support A/B testing and optimization efforts across campaigns
