Develop and maintain secure, high-performance backend services for core banking and digital platforms.
Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices using Java/Spring Boot.
Integrate with internal banking systems, third-party vendors, and payment networks.
Handle high-volume transactional data with strong focus on consistency and reliability.
Implement security controls including OAuth2, JWT, encryption, and secure coding practices.
Work with databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and optimize queries for large-scale workloads.
Utilize messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) for event-driven processing.
Support production systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability (24/7 systems).
Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams in Agile environment for timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit requirements, and data privacy standards. Please note: This is a senior-level role requiring extensive experience (13 years)
