Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bakersfield, CA, for an Outside Sales Account Manager. The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, delivering sales presentations, and ensuring strong client relationships. The Outside Sales Account Manager will also coordinate closely with the compliance team to align client needs with P2G’s services, provide customer service support, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales, Sales, and Account Management
- Proficiency in delivering Sales Presentations and building client relationships
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client satisfaction
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with compliance management or the transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is advantageous
- Ability to work on-site and travel to client locations within the Bakersfield area as needed
