Who We Are

P2 Last Mile Wenatchee is a Costco-exclusive last-mile appliance delivery operation serving the Wenatchee Valley and surrounding communities. We deliver large appliances directly into customers’ homes -- carefully, on time, and with a standard that earns the Costco name on every stop. We are a growing company with locations across four states, and we build our team from within. The person who starts in our warehouse today has a clear path to become a delivery driver, a lead, and beyond.

The Role

Right now, we need strong warehouse help. We need people who show up, take direction, work safely, and take pride in a job done right. Over time, as you demonstrate reliability and earn certification, we will train you to ride along on delivery routes and eventually drive. There is no ceiling here for the right person.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Receive, stage, and organize appliance inventory in our warehouse
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist delivery teams on route as a helper during training and high-volume periods
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times
• Follow all safety procedures including proper lifting technique, dock safety, and PPE
• Complete all required documentation accurately

What You Bring

• Reliable transportation and a consistent, on-time work record
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs repeatedly, and assist with appliances up to 300 lbs using proper equipment and team lift
• Physical stamina for a warehouse and field environment -- on your feet, moving, all shift
• A coachable attitude: you take feedback, follow procedure, and want to get better
• Valid driver's license preferred (required to advance into delivery)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required

What We Offer

Compensation

• $20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience -- this is the wage scale P2 Last Mile Wenatchee LLC reasonably expects to pay for this position
• Part-time schedule with potential to grow into full-time as volume and performance allow

Schedule

Shifts run early morning through mid-afternoon on delivery days, Monday through Saturday with schedules varying by volume. Expect early starts. Flexibility is valued -- volume fluctuates with Costco's delivery calendar and peak periods.
