Who We Are

P2 Last Mile Gypsum is a Costco-exclusive last-mile appliance delivery operation serving Eagle County and the surrounding region. We deliver large appliances directly into customers’ homes -- on time, with care, and with a standard that earns the Costco name on every stop. We are a growing company with locations across four states, and we build our team from within. The person who starts in our warehouse today has a clear path to ride a delivery route, earn a Captain seat, and beyond.

The Role

Right now, we need strong warehouse and delivery help. This role has two sides: the warehouse, where you receive, stage, and prepare inventory for the day's routes, and the truck, where you ride along as part of a two-person crew and help deliver appliances into customers' homes. Both sides matter. We need people who are reliable, physically capable, and ready to learn.

The helper seat is the starting point for every Delivery Captain we have. If you show up, work safely, and take the job seriously, we will invest in you.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Receive, stage, and organize appliance inventory in the warehouse
• Load and sequence delivery trucks for the day's routes
• Ride along on delivery routes and assist the Captain at every stop
• Help carry and install appliances in customer homes, including stairs and tight spaces
• Assist with appliance hookups and run test cycles under Captain direction
• Keep the warehouse, truck, and equipment clean, organized, and stocked
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle checks with your Captain
• Follow all safety procedures -- proper lifting technique, dock safety, and PPE every shift
• Document deliveries and any exceptions accurately

What You Bring

• Reliable transportation and a consistent, on-time work record -- early starts are standard
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs repeatedly and assist with appliances up to 300 lbs using proper equipment and team lift
• Physical stamina for a full day on your feet, in and out of a truck, in all conditions including Colorado weather
• A coachable attitude: you take direction, follow procedure, and want to improve
• Clear communication with your Captain, your crew, and customers at the door
• Valid driver's license preferred -- required to advance into a Captain seat
• Prior delivery, warehouse, or trade experience a plus -- not required, we train

What We Offer

Compensation

• $19.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience
• Tips retained by the delivery crew
• Overtime at 1.5x for hours over 40 in a workweek, over 12 in a workday, or over 12 consecutive hours, as required by Colorado law
• Part-time to start with a clear path to full-time as volume and performance allow

The Day

• Shifts start at 7:00 AM
• Full-time and part-time schedules available
• Some weekend availability required
• Warehouse and field work, Colorado weather, mountain driving routes
