Enterprise Account Executive
We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to open new logos for a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS business operating in a complex, technical enterprise market.
This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll be selling into large, complex environments, navigating multiple stakeholders, and closing meaningful, high-value deals.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Opening new logos across large, complex organisations
- Building and executing a clear territory and account strategy
- Running multi-threaded sales processes across IT, Finance, and C-suite stakeholders
- Driving pipeline through a mix of outbound, partner ecosystem, and strategic engagement
- Working closely with pre-sales, marketing, and leadership to win deals
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience selling complex enterprise software (ERP, CRM, or adjacent)
- Track record of closing new business in multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong, repeatable sales methodology (discovery, qualification, deal strategy)
- Comfortable with longer sales cycles and high-value deals
- Able to build pipeline from scratch—not reliant on inbound
- Ambitious, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating in a scale-up
