At Tad S. Lovan, DDS, PC, we make it our mission to give our patients reasons to smile every day. Now, we're seeking a talented Associate Dentist to join our passionate team and help us maintain our commitment to quality dental care.

Operating Hours: Monday - Thursday from 8:00AM to 6:00PM.

• Strong Clinical Infrastructure: Well-established general practice offering comprehensive services including preventative, restorative, prosthetic, cosmetic, implant restoration, oral surgery, endodontics, SureSmile, and more—all supported by CBCT, PrimeScan, implant motor/guided placement kit, and two in-house mills.
• High Production & Collections with Growth Potential: 2024 production already at $1.01M with collections exceeding production at $1.07M; current 6-op setup with opportunity to expand—positioning the right associate for strong immediate earnings and long-term scalability.
• Supportive, Experienced Team & Full-Time Schedule: Work alongside 2 hygienists and 2 EFDAs in a positive, change-ready environment with a full-time Monday–Thursday schedule (8am–5pm, 1-hour lunch); ideal for providers who are self-motivated, team-oriented, and excited to lead growth.
• Ideal Candidate Profile: We’re looking for a passionate dentist with prior experience who’s excited to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced practice. This opportunity is perfect for someone eager to contribute to a collaborative team, take part in leadership, and build lasting relationships with patients. Qualifications

• Required: Valid licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.
  
  

As An Associate Dentist, You Will

• Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases; provide services like cleanings, root canals, extractions, fillings, bridges, crowns, dentures, and other oral care.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive dental care; consult the seasoned doctor(s) if unsure about handling any patient care situations.
• Maintain clear and concise clinical notation and documentation for every patient treated.
