Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks, including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds to deliver and collect materials efficiently. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a variety of commercial trucks such as front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds to transport goods and materials.
• Load and unload cargo using manual techniques or mechanical equipment, ensuring secure placement for transit.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed during loading and unloading processes while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and team members to coordinate deliveries and pickups efficiently.
• Follow all driving laws and safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating heavy-duty trucks such as tractor-trailers, dump trucks, or flatbeds.
• Proven experience in commercial driving and delivery operations, preferably with experience handling various truck types including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, and flatbed trucks.
• Mechanical knowledge of truck systems to assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance checks.
• Ability to perform manual lifting tasks safely during loading/unloading activities.
• Familiarity with load securing techniques for different types of cargo to ensure safe transit.
• Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; experience operating manual transmission preferred.
