As an AT&T Sales Associate, you'll be the face of AT&T Fiber in the field — introducing customers to our fiber services, managing accounts from enrollment through activation, and making sure every customer has a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer outreach to introduce AT&T Fiber services and generate new sales
- Guide customers through the fiber enrollment process and complete accurate order entry
- Manage customer accounts and follow through on orders to ensure successful installation
- Answer customer questions and resolve concerns throughout the sales process
- Build lasting customer relationships through clear, professional communication
- Track personal sales performance and report progress regularly
- Stay current on fiber product offerings, pricing, and promotions
AT&T Sales Associate Requirements:
