P.R. Russell, a family-owned mulch and soil manufacturer, is seeking a Production Line Operator to join our team. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain three fully automated packaging lines, ensuring consistent production quality, efficiency, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain automated packaging lines.
- Adjust, calibrate, and troubleshoot machinery as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Operate a forklift and assist with inventory management.
- Rebuild and rewrap damaged pallets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
- Strong teamwork, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in automation and continuous improvement.
- Basic computer, math, and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and operate multiple machines.
Working Conditions:
- Indoor and outdoor work in varying temperatures and weather.
- Standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.

Schedule:
