This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role located in Apex, NC. The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day construction operations, maintain project schedules, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members. Additional responsibilities include conducting site inspections, handling project documentation, and addressing any issues to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proven leadership and team coordination skills with a focus on managing construction teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for scheduling, documentation, and overseeing project timelines.
- Understanding of construction safety practices, building codes, and quality control measures.
- Proficiency in construction project management tools and technology.

- Experience in multi-family, commercial, or hospitality-related construction is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus but not required.
