Position is for ON-CALL overnights, early mornings including weekends & holidays. This is a perfect position for someone with a very flexible schedule. Great candidates include retirees!

Hiring Area: I-10 or I-12 Corridor ( Baton Rouge| Central | Denham Springs | Gonzales | Prairieville | Walker)

Service Area: I-10 Corridor (St. Rose, LA to Houston, TX | Memphis, TN | Mobile, AL)

**MOST COMMON DELIVERY ROUTE – BATON ROUGE or GONZALES, LA TO ST. ROSE, LA**

Compensation: Paid per route/mile – competitive rates

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license
• Insured, reliable & efficient vehicle
• Clean driving record
• Smartphone with GPS and texting capability
• Professional appearance and reliability
• TWIC card is a strong advantage for secured facility access
• Prior courier, rideshare, or delivery experience preferred

Position Summary

We are actively hiring independent drivers to cover dedicated routes and on-call deliveries
Drivers are responsible for transporting lab samples, reports, and other critical materials safely, efficiently, and on time.

We currently have a strong need for overnight, early morning, weekend and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Safely pick up and deliver samples between facilities
• Handle packages with care and maintain temperature control when required
• Follow all DOT and company safety guidelines
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
• Log routes, mileage, and delivery times accurately
• Report any route issues or incidents promptly
• Maintain business professional appearance (Long Pants & Sleeved shirt with work shoes)
