This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Fabricator located in Sioux Falls, SD. The Structural Fabricator will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, preparing and assembling steel components, operating fabrication machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, precision, and a commitment to producing high-quality work that aligns with client specifications.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with metal cutting, welding, and related fabrication techniques
- Expertise in using fabrication tools such as grinders, welders, and saws
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and safety standards in metal fabrication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow project timelines
- Physical strength and stamina to handle materials and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in welding or fabrication is a plus
- Previous experience in structural steel fabrication is highly preferred
