What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Sales Associate:
- Directly interact with business clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships, focusing on their evolving needs and ensuring their satisfaction while creating sales opportunities
- Utilize upselling and negotiation skills while closing sales with new business clients in the Virginia Beach territory
- Serve as the first point of contact for current and new clients, responding to their questions or concerns in a professional manner and offering personalized solutions, ensuring their needs are met
- Support the sales team and other Entry Level Sales Associates in identifying opportunities for driving sales and improving customer service tactics
- Maintain records of all client interactions and sales transactions to track client retention and sales performance accurately
- Stay up to date on all promotions, products, and services to effectively assist clients and make recommendations based on their needs, driving sales performance
What we are looking for in an Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Previous experience as an Entry Level Sales Associate in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining a focus on individual client success
