As an Entry-Level Account Assistant, you will be trained to excel as the lead point of contact for Verizon clients. Your role is critical to maintaining client satisfaction, identifying new revenue opportunities, and seamlessly managing accounts from initiation through renewal. What Will I Be Doing as an Entry-Level Account Assistant?
- Execute structured territory outreach, reinforcing Verizon service value while maintaining account consistency.
- Coordinate service updates and resolve account issues using campaign-approved tools and escalation protocols.
- Deliver product knowledge across Verizon's wireless, home internet, and bundled service offerings, helping clients understand available solutions and upgrade opportunities.
- Work alongside internal teams to align onboarding workflows, ensuring smooth service activation and long-term customer satisfaction.
- Track all account activity within CRM systems, maintaining reporting accuracy and campaign transparency.
- Support campaign performance goals by contributing to customer retention through disciplined follow-up and ongoing account support.
What Do I Need to Bring to the Table as an Entry-Level Account Assistant?
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in Business, Marketing, or Communications is considered an asset.
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales, account coordination, customer service, or structured client engagement is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain Verizon products, services, and solutions to a wide variety of customers.
- Willingness to learn Verizon's product portfolio, including wireless, home internet, and bundled service offerings, to support customer education and long-term retention.
